Founded in 2001 by Scott Lamb, P.E., Lamb and Associates, Inc. has provided quick, reliable, and professional engineering design to a wide variety of clients, ranging from national developers and builders to local residents, business owners, and construction professionals.

 Scott graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering in 1994 and received his Master's of Engineering degree in Agricultural and Biological Engineering from the University of Florida in 1996.  Upon graduation, he accepted an engineering position with the St. Johns River Water Management District where he reviewed environmental resource permit applications for agricultural, residential, and commercial projects.

 In 1999,  Scott moved from the regulatory side of land development to the private consulting sector.  Since then, he has been involved in the design and permitting of residential subdivisions over 100 acres, smaller single-family subdivisions, industrial subdivisions, commercial site plans, major drainage basin studies, recreational facility site design and planning, roadway and infrastructure design, water quality studies, and utility design throughout central Florida.
